What We Do

The Kiwanis Club of Baldwin was chartered as one of 7,700 clubs in 80 countries in 1954. Our motto is “Serving the Children of the World”.

Our Kiwanis club participates in a variety of projects throughout the year that involve fundraising, community service, and assisting children locally and worldwide.  Additionally, we have speakers at our weekly meetings to explore topics of interest to the membership. We engage in a number of social activities to share experiences, talents and our collective interests. All represent great opportunities for service, friendships and personal growth.

Below are the projects and activities in which we are currently involved:

  • Volunteering with the Baldwin Borough Public Library
  • Sponsor of the Baldwin Borough Public Library Summer Reading Program
  • Participation in the Baldwin Community Day and Fall Festival
  • Coordinator of Baldwin’s Holiday Festival
  • Annual Monte Carlo Night Fundraiser
  • Caitlin Smile’s Bags for Children’s Hospital
  • Participation in State and International Kiwanis Events and Conferences
  • and Many More!
